No Regrets For Anupama For Missing It

Samantha stole the hearts of all with her performance in the role of village belle Rama Lakshmi in Mega Power Star Ram Charan's Rangasthalam directed by Sukumar. Samantha won rave reviews for her performance and in the midst of all this, after few months, Malayalee beauty Anupama Parameswaran surprised all saying she was the first choice for Rama Lakshmi’s role.

Anupama said the makers consulted her for the role, but due to prior commitments she couldn't do the role. After watching the film she felt that Samantha performed exceedingly well and only she could do justice to the role. She said she told Sukumar the same thing. She also lauded the performances of Keerthy Suresh in Mahanati and Aditi Rao Hydari in Sammohanam. 

Anupama's upcoming entertainer Tej-I Love You featuring Supreme Hero Sai Dharam Tej is releasing on July 6. She says she is playing the role of Nandini and she never played such role till now. 

“Sai Dharam Tej is a super cool, down to earth and humble person. I found it difficult to match the steps of him and somehow managed as I regularly practice Bharat Natyam. Trivikram was my Telugu master and I learnt Telugu from him,” affirmed Anupama.
