The film Considering its huge budget needs more footfalls to enter into the profit zone.A distributor says that the film collected around Rs 4.5crs share in Telugu states on the opening day and it is a good start for a Hindi film. He said however the response from the Telugu viewers is mixed so far. He said Yash stole the show as Ravana with his terrific screen presence and performance while Ranbir is also good in the role of Lord Ram. Sai Pallavi came up with good performance with her grace and subtleness as Sita but added that the viewers expected more powerful and emotional performance from her.He pointed out that the visual effects and captured the imagination of all and it is giving extraordinary experience with larger than life sets on the screen. After announcing his decision to stay away from films with Jana Nayagan as his swansong and focus completely on politics, reports suggest that the Tamil Nadu Chief Minister could appear in a special government advertisement. The project is expected to be different from ordinary promotional videos.Vijay had indicated that Jana Nayagan would be his final film before entering full time politics. However, officials are reportedly considering using his popularity to promote government schemes and public welfare programmes. Instead of appointing another film star as a brand ambassador, the government may feature Vijay himself in the campaign.Interestingly, filmmaker Gautham Vasudev Menon is reportedly being considered to direct this special advertisement. He blended commercial and entertainment masala elements in his own style. Though there are experienced actress like Urvashi, even her presence couldn't take the film to next level. To the top of it, Yogi Babu's comedy looked irrelevant and out of sync and impacted the narration.The narration starts with the mysterious elements in the temples and the pace is slow and steady. Only after Nayanthara starts to unravel the mystery, the screenplay picks up pace. After the fight between good and evil, the story ends on a predictable note. Sneha and Khushboo made special appearances and feature in a high octane doing ahead of the heavily used VFX climax.Hip Hop Tamizha's music didn't add any value to the proceedings. His elevated the scenes to some extent with impactful background score but most of the time it turned out to be loud.The re-recording highlighted the mood of the film's genre. However, a couple of scenes and twists looked unconvincing. Still the first half turns out to be a decent watch.The second half nose dives completely with uninteresting elements and insipid investigation. Except for a few scenes here and there, everything turns lackluster. The climax ends on a disappointing and weak note with no real face off.Sushin Shyam failed completely with his music. However, he came up with a breezy and groovy background music to elevate the scenes. His innovative background score added a quirky look to the proceedings.Vineeth Augustin with his Cinematography elevated the tone and tenor of the film's genre. Ajmal Sabu's editing turned out to be a mixed bag. He left many dragging scenes unattended in the second half which resulted in a tedious watch. CI Venu Gopal (Banerjee) along with SI Siva Kumar (Naresh Agastya) starts investigating the mysterious disappearances of 8 people that include even the brother of MLA Bhairavulu (Raja Ravindra). Where this leads to, how it is connected to his wife Swarna (Preeti Sunder), Anji (Charu Vaken) and others form the interesting twist.Rudravanam PS Web Series: Artists ReviewNaresh Agasthya performed well in his role. He showed his acting talent showing variations in his body language and screen presence. He showed the required seriousness in his role during the investigation and while following orders from the higherups. &nbsp;He delivered dialogues highlighting the emotions with his expressions. Charu Vaken impressed with his performance in the final episodes.Banerjee is good in the role of the higher up. Shravani Reddy is good in her role. However Anji's character is not shown in the most interesting manner. Raja Ravindra, Preeti Sundar, Shiva Alapati performed according to their roles.Rudravanam PS Web Series: Technicians ReviewRudravanam PS story is written by Taj Sayed and is helmed by Sasidhar Munnangi. He tried to excite all with the crime thriller. The first four episodes progress in a interesting and exciting manner. He designed the character of Naresh Agasthya. The happenings involving the character of Anji is good. But these things could have been shown in the more impactful manner.Sasidhar Munnangi the loses plot in the last three episodes diluting the intensity levels. Had these scenes designed in &nbsp;an interesting manner, things would have been different. The more subplots as the investigation progresses resulted in the decrease of interest leves as it resulted in confusion all over. It turned out to be a mixed bag with few scenes getting dragged unnecessarily and some scenes ending rather abruptly.Many murder mysteries came with such plot and very few of them are engaging. Rudravanam PS also fails to engage. The first four episodes though interesting are dragged showing the restlessness in the police force and the story do not head anywhere. The entire story is narrated in the last two episodes and the &nbsp;motive of the culprit is shown in the last episode and this is little interesting. However, even that pales due to the weak motive.Ashkar Ali with his cinematography showed the rural village atmosphere in the natural and realistic manner. However Madhav's editing should have been &nbsp;more sharper as there are many scenes that slowed the pace of the narration. The background music of Saluri Vasu Rao is good and added value to the narration. For all his efforts, though the characterisation of Naresh Agasthya's role appeals, everything goes missing. The story lacked the emotional connect with things passing through the motions and screenplay turning spineless and stale without offering nothing much to excite. Little finetuning of the script and racy screenplay and powerful emotions would have added more punch to the story. Considering all these elements, Cinejosh goes with a 2 rating for Rudravanam PS.

Bhavani (Keerthy Suresh) is the powerful matriarch who controls the kingdom and tries to protect its traditions and authority.However, her world gets disturbed when Rudra (Radhika Apte), an outsider with a personal vendetta, enters Pernuru with plans to take control. What follows is a violent battle involving power, revenge, betrayals and family rivalries. How Bhavani handles the threat and what happens to the kingdom form the rest of the story.Akka Web Series: PerformancesKeerthy Suresh gets a strong character in Bhavani, but the writing does not give her enough emotional depth to make the role memorable. She manages to bring some authority to the character, although the overall impact remains limited.Radhika Apte gets an interesting role as Rudra, but her characterisation and dialogue delivery do not create the desired impact. Tanvi Azmi and Monika Panwar have their moments, while Mahesh Manjrekar, Anshuman Pushkar, Vishak Nair and the rest of the supporting cast have limited scope to make an impression.Akka Web Series: AnalysisAkka starts with an interesting premise. Both Bhavani and Rudra are introduced as powerful women, but their motivations and emotional journeys are not explored effectively. Several subplots occupy considerable screen time without adding much value to the central conflict.The series also relies heavily on violence and grand visuals to create an impression. However, the action sequences lack the impact required to elevate the drama. The end of the first half sets the stage for the second half. Couple of twists in the second half turnout to be ok but many scenes in the second half turned repetitive and routine. There are many illogical scenes and also the climax scenes looks out of snyc.Ashirvad &amp; Suman Jeeva's background score followed the same template. The college happenings &nbsp;are shown in a natural way though it did not add much value to the proceedings.The screenplay turns racy once the protagonist experiences the scary happenings. The interval bang is well placed and sets the tone for the second half.The second half leads to unraveling of the mystery with the flashback episodes. Some of the scenes however turned tiresome but the director managed to make an overall impact. The director depended on the sound design which is of high standard to scare viewers with jump scares. When Trivikram and Venkatesh came with Aadarsha Kutumbam , expectations arose as Trivikram penned hit dialogues for Venkatesh's hit films Malliswari and Nuvvu Naku Nachchav. However the film failed miserably as Trivikram came up with same routine scenes, comedy elements and also copied scenes from other langauge hit film Blast.Even earlier also Trivikram faced plagiarism accusations for his hit films but people didnot bother as the films turned out to be hits. Some of the scenes in Julayi were lifted from The Christopher Nolan's Dark Night, Athadu were lifted from Stephen Hunter’s novel Point of Impact (which also inspired the film The Shooter).Khaleja from classic Hollywood films like Billy Wilder's Sabrina.,Aravindha Sametha Veera from Luc Besson's Hollywood movie The Family (2013) starring Robert De Niro, and everyone is aware of the controvery over Agnyaathavasi which was lifted from French film French film, Largo Winch.Now, he is coming up with God of War with NTR.
