The love and affection shared between the people of Andhra and Telangana regions is slowly converting into difference of opinions and grudge. The perfect instance of such difference in opinion is visible yesterday when few hardcore Telanganites even changed the name of “Guntur Pally” in Karimnagar dist to “Telangana Pally.”

Guntur Pally is the small village which is inhabited by nearly 200 families who arrived as settlers in this region nearly a century ago. The name of “Guntur Pally” has been official on records. With ongoing struggle between Telangana and Andhra regions, now the name is converted to “Telangana Pally.”
