Nitesh Tiwari's Ramayana has bounced back strongly at the box office after witnessing a slowdown on Friday. Starring Ranbir Kapoor, Sai Pallavi and Yash, the ambitious mythological drama witnessed improved audience turnout on Saturday. Its third day performance has brought fresh momentum as the film enters the Diwali holiday period.

According to the initial trade estimates, Ramayana collected ₹85+ crore gross in India on Day 3, taking its three day domestic gross to around ₹225 crore. The film's Hindi version remained the biggest contributor, while Kannada, Telugu and Tamil versions also attracted audiences across several centres.

Overseas collections have also shown considerable growth, with the film targeting approximately $7 million on Saturday. After collecting $5.45 million on its opening day and around $4.9 million on Day 2, the third day overseas performance is expected to become its biggest international collection so far. The estimated worldwide Day 3 gross stands at ₹150 crore.

With the latest estimates, Ramayana's three day worldwide collection is at around ₹400 crore mark. Saturday is expected to be the biggest day of the opening weekend. Sunday collections could be affected by Diwali celebrations, but the Monday and Tuesday holiday period may bring another boost.
