Ganesh said he first challenged it in 2022 and won at DRT, but lost in High Court.The dispute involves loans of Sri Parameshwara Poultry Farm Private Limited, where Ganesh’s family were guarantors. Union Bank seized the assets in 2019 under SARFAESI Act. A 2022 auction fetched Rs 8.51 crore. The bank said proceeds were to adjust against an Rs 82 crore OTS.A bench of Justice Moushumi Bhattacharya and Justice Gadi Praveen Kumar set aside DRT’s order that had cancelled the auction. Union Bank argued the mortgaged properties belonged to guarantors, not the company under NCLT. Hence, insolvency proceedings did not bar the sale.The High Court ruled no legal restriction applied to guarantor assets. It upheld the bank’s auction and dismissed claims of procedural violation. The tunes are not catchy and are not even shot on an appealing manner. However, he made up for it, with his captivating background score. The story offered nothing new as many films came in the recent past highlighting the power of God and how ultimately he eliminates the evil forces who try to wreak havoc to posses the supreme powers.Films like Mirai and Hanuman turned out to be hits and of late many filmmakers are trying to milk people's interest in Sanatana Dharma and the secrets with dialogues pertaining to them but most of them are failing in their mission. If mythological and elements on God in a story comes naturally then it will connect chords with the people. However, all the so called Sanatana elements are forced and this ends up testing the patience of the viewers.Nagabandham also fell in the second category unfortunately. There is no clarity how the hero became the protector of the all powerful Brahma Kamalam right from the first half. The film lacked the drive and direction and it drifted in various directions and the screenplay turned out to be topsy turvy. Emotions play a key role in the films and the film lacked them completely. Only when emotions are strong and realistic, natural, it will help in taking forward the drama or action sequences.With emotions missing , the scenes come and go one after another and viewers are left wondering what was happening. The extreme violence in the marriage looked totally unnecessary and unwanted except for the gory scenes which the director felt would have made an impact on the viewers emotionally.Though the first half had no story, visuals are extravagant and the interval bang covered all the loopholes setting the stage for the second half. However the second half turned out to be extremely slow and all the characters turned unnecessarily loud shouting at the top of their voices. Director included family scenes revolving around children but none of them created an impact. The flashback episode lacked clarity and it is also filled with mindless violence.The climax action episode itself came to more than 30 minutes and the story revolved around it but none of them connected chords with the viewers. Everything goes with loud shouts and intense and senseless action. On top of it, they gave immense torture with irrelevant dialogues on Sanatana Dharma.The background score tuned by Junaid Kumar elevated the scenes to the next level creating the maximum impact. However, at times it turned loud and routine. The cinematography of Soundar Rajan S is top class. The VFX and CGI are of top class most of the time, except in few scenes where they looked pale and substandard.Junaid Kumar - Abhe's songs acted as speed breaks to the narration. He still followed the same hero elevations, three songs, six fights, item song and cheap comedy scenes.With in five minutes into the story, viewers will be treated the same monotonous scenes that test their patience to the core. It increases with the passage of time and reaches its peak in the second half. The interval comes as a break from this torture. The story lacks basic emotions and everything looks artificial.Everyone passes through the motions and the director's cheap taste is revealed when he showed the rape scene in detail even though it was shown initially. There are many such scenes and that include the CM candidate directing her aides to molest her to gain sympathy. Finally viewers heave a sigh of relief when the film comes to an end.Vijay Mukthavarapu's didn't get much scope to showcase his talent. This is because the story offered nothing new and as the scenes assume monotonous flavour, had Vijay applied his editing scissors, there wouldn't have been any film.The cinematography of Karthik Sujatha Saikumar is ok and the background score by Kalyan Nayak followed the predictable template. The romantic song tuned looked that of the 80s flavour. The confusion generated entertains with hilarious acts in the first three episodes.The fourth episode takes it to new level with the entertainment and hilarious content. The unraveling of the twists attracts all but from the fifth episode the entertainment takes back seat with thought provoking scenes and few message-oriented dialogues. The final episode ends on an emotional note. At times the fun scenes did not generate the desired result as there are many repetitive scenes that slowed the pace of the film. Compared to the first two seasons, there is more entertainment content in this and so viewers can enjoy. However, some dialogues crossed the line and this makes viewers uneasy.Sriram Madduri's music is decent and the background music added value to the narration. Vishweswar's cinematography is good with rich visuals. The editing of Shravan Katikaneni is ok but could have been more better. The proceedings though offer nothing new and manage to entertain viewers with hilarious scenes before the action blocks emerge.Though Samantha performed well in the action blocks, the scenes fell flat due to a lack of intensity. The runup to the interval block that includes the flashback turns out to be the biggest drawback. With the passage of time, the first half turns underwhelming as emotions fail to connect with Samantha's current and past happenings.From then on, the second half revolves around how the protagonist achieves success overcome all the obstacles. The complete second half turns out to be predictable and lacks the real twists and turns. None of the scenes excites, and even the actors seem to have passed through the motions.The so-called twist, similar to a hit film, didn't offer anything new. But few scenes enthrall viewers, turning the film into a decent one.Santosh Narayanan's music is attractive. He used Muthyala Muggu song in an entertaining way. The second half starts in the similar manner and just when viewers are left to wonder, where the film is heading, the introduction of Vijay Antony turned out tobe the added advantage.He with his screen presence took the film to another level. The screenplay also turned racy and after the predictable pre climax, the climax turned out to be different. Sasi tried to send message to the society about the plight of the widowed women and how the society and especially in the villages view them and what sufferings they undergo silently. He should be commended for selecting a topic and highlighted the problem but he could have been little more creative in narrating them.S. B. Darshan Kirlosh with his cinematography showed the rustic village atmosphere in a captivating manner giving a natural and realistic feel. Mandlekar. The writers did extensive research on the happenings during the 90s across the globe and the situation prevalent in India. He started the narration in an interesting manner and from then on he maintained a steady pace through out the film till the end.The developments in the then Government, RBI, political circles, opposition parties and how common people reacted are depicted in a perfect and effective manner. The measures taken by the RBI and the opposition faced by the governor during the meetings and the pressures from the government and the coalition politics is highlighted in an interesting way with the tight screenplay. The first half ends with the challenges of the governor becoming bigger and the second half shows how the RBI staff and top officials as a team join hands to convince the government against all odds to take strong decisions and maintain secrecy so that the people's trust will not be broken down or shattered. It is known that star musician Ilayaraja acts strictly against anyone whoever indulges in copyright infirngement regarding his music.He took a strong exception to the makers of GV.Prakash Kumar's Happy Raj for using his composition “Podhuvaga En Manasu Thangam” from the movie Murattu Kaalai. He alleged that the makers used his song and modified it without obtaining his prior permission violating copyright laws.According to the latest, Madras High Court ruled in favour of Ilayaraja but with three months delay. The Madras High Court restrained the makers of Happy Raj from using the song in the film.The court also issued notices to the film’s director and producer, seeking their response.Maria Raja Elanchezian directed Happy Raj which starred Abbas, Sri Gouri Priya, George Maryan , Geetha Kailasam, Adhirchi Arun, Madurai Muthu, Devi Mahesh &amp; Others in important roles.
