NTR Limited Promotions, Bad Strategy!

Any actor, filmmaker or producer will promote their film in as many channels, dailies and websites as possible to generate interest among movie lovers and lure them to the theatres. If that happens to be prestigious project like Natasimha Balakrishna's NTR biopic, the craze will be even more and many would think that the makers will not leave even a single opportunity to promote their film.

However, much to the shock of all, Balakrishna decided to promote the biopic only in selected dailies. Balakrishna is reportedly promoting the film only in Sakshi, Eenadu and Andhrajyothy. However when his close aides suggested ignoring Namasthe Telangana, ruling TRS' mouthpiece would land him in trouble, he decided to include that daily too.

Balayya told everyone that except for the four, there's no need to promote the biopic in any other channel or dailies like Andhra Prabha, Andhra Bhoomi etc. He also made it clear that there is no need to give any interviews to channels but instead make a promo video with Rana and give the feed to all.

Balakrishna feels that if he participate in the promotions, scribes would ask him unwanted questions about Telangana elections, his campaigning, TDP's defeat and not casting Jr NTR in NTR biopic. So, he has decided to do away with promotions.
