Buzz: Star Friends Money-Mindedness

Passionate people work hard to get desires results. But, when they lose passion, the outcome will be completely contrasting. It is applicable to any field, in particular to film industry.

Coming to the actual point, hero Raviteja and director Srinu Vaitla worked really hard during their initial stages and have attained prominence in their respectable departments. But, later both have become money-minded which is the reason why both are struggling to deliver hits.

Raviteja scored hat-trick disasters this year with Touch Chesi Choodu, Nela Ticket and Amar Akbar Anthony. Srinu Vaitla on the other hand made five flops after Dookudu. Except for Baadshah which was an average grosser, his other four directorial ventures Aagadu, Bruce Lee, Mister and AAA are duds at box office.

While Raviteja allegedly accepted all the recent films for hefty remuneration, Srinu Vaitla too has lost his sheen is doing films just to increase his bank balance. The duo’s last outing AAA was out rightly slammed by critics and audience alike owing to dead slow narration and lack of novelty and entertainment. The film is already into deficits in many centers and it is going to incur heavy losses to producers and buyers.

At least Raviteja has few projects in hand and he can bounce back if he takes special care on them. But, Srinu Vaitla needs to come up with a winning script and more importantly no star hero will show interest to work with him until he proves again his mettle.
