We have got International action director Nick Powell of Braveheart, The Bourne Identity, Resident Evil: Retribution, The Three Musketeers and The Last Samurai fame training Kangna Ranaut with sword fighting and hand combat lessons. For a woman to convincingly bash up with soldiers in the war episodes, it is a challenge to have both speed and strength. So, Nick is making Kangna look as powerful as possible,’ director Krish said.

According to the words from Kangna, director Krish composed extra ordinary interval and climax episodes. ‘Since this is film about a warrior who fought against British, we have to justify her warfare skills else there is no film. The interval and climax sequences are extraordinary,’ she said.

Manikarnika: The Queen of Jhansi has story, script from Vijayendra Prasad while Prasoon Joshi penned the lyrics, dialogues. Shankar, Eshaan and Loy are the music directors to sit on compositions.
