Top Hero demands 10 Cr 'Power' fees

Ajay Devgan riding high on the success in 2010 with movies like ‘Once Upon A Time In Mumbaai’, ‘Raajneeti’, and ‘Golmaal 3’ is now considered as top hero, demanding a whooping amount of Rs.10 Cr for his role in Raj Kumar Santoshi’s film ‘Power.’ 

Shocked by the amount, producer declared that Ajay is no longer a part of the project which also stars Amitabh Bachchan, Sanjay Dutt and Anil Kapoor in lead roles. This is the second film which Ajay has walked out, as he was recently replaced by Saif Ali Khan in Prakash Jha’s ‘Aarakshan’ for the same reason of remuneration. Ajay is now having films such as ‘A Dirty Picture’ opposite Vidya Balan and a film opposite Deepika Padukone that are to start soon.
