With the doctumentary releasing in various Indian langauges like English, Telugu, Hindi, Tamil, Kannada, and Malayalam, people thought that it will enlighten people about the rich cultural and forgotten heritage of the Nalanda university. However, those who happened to watch the docu drama premiered got a huge shock.

Instead of highlighting the Nalanda region, historical significance and how the rich heritage and system was preserved over the years, Siddharth and Sidhin promoted their own program and business module Internet Lifestyle Hub. This means, they just look the viewers and people for a ride, promising something different in the teaser and trailer and coming up with something completely different in the docu drama.

To the top of it, showing Kathakali dancer at times, completely disconnects as Kathakali, a traditional dance form of Kerala is no where connected to Nalanda University or region in Bihar though Kanak Rela, a dance professor introduced this art in the university in 1967. The docu drama donot speak anything about the rich Nalanda heritage of the 5-12 century and they just make few references.

Apart from it showing a tribal shouting angrily and then another character dressed as Krishna looked completely unnecessary. In the end , a Buddhist monk is een prostrating infront of the lead actor Siddharth in a helpless  manner and he breaking his shackles. This looks like insulting Buddhist monk who are the most revered and spiritual more intellectual and Siddharth enlightening them through his Internet Lifestyle Hub looks ridiculous.

All the right thinking people should be vigilant on these kind of docu dramas who take viewers for a ride using the most revered and rich cultural and traditional name of India to promote their content and teach them a lesson.
