The Girlfriend makers to announce release date. National Crush Rashmika Mandanna who endeared herself to all with powerful and impactful performances is now starring in a female oriented entertainer The Girlfriend.The film directed by Rahul Ravindran is racing at a brisk pace and inside talk is the makers will be planning to announce the release date soon.

Currently the makers are shooting a song on Rashmika Mandanna and Deekshith Shetty in the extravagantly erected sets in Hyderabad. The film's first single will be released next month.

The film is in the final leg of the shooting schedule. The film's music is tuned by Hesham Abdul Wahab and stars Rao Ramesh, Rohini and others in important roles.

Dheeraj Mogilineni and Vidya Koppineedi are jointly producing the film which is presented by ace producer Allu Aravind. The film is a bilingual entertainer in Telugu and Tamil.
