Paresh Rawal on why he opted out of Hera Pheri 3.Akshay Kumar and Priyadarshan are coming together with Hera Pheri 3, the third in the successful franchise.

In a surprising development, Paresh Rawal opted out of the project and this triggered rumours of creative differences. Paresh speaking to scribes shared "I wish to put it on record that my decision to step away from 'Hera Pheri 3' was not due to creative differences."

He went on "I reiterate that there is no creative disagreement with the filmmaker. I hold immense love, respect, and faith in Mr. Priyadarshan, the film director,"

Paresh Rawal played the role of Baburao Ganpatrao Apte in Hera Pheri (2000), Hera Pheri 2(2006). The film starred Akshay Kumar and Suneil Shetty in the lead roles. Priyadarshan helmed the first one and Neeraj Vora did the second.
