Addressing the media&nbsp; here, he alleged, ''Prime Minister Manmohan Singh has committed a diplomatic blunder like former Prime Minister Jawaharlal Nehru, who signed ''Panchsheel'' agreement with China in true faith, but the latter committed aggression on India in 1962.&rsquo;&rsquo;
India had given legitimacy to Pakistan to hold India responsible for all problems in the Balochistan province after signing the statement. He further&nbsp; criticised Foreign Secretary Shivshankar Menon for his reported claim that the joint statement was not ''legally binding''.
``This would give an opportunity to Pakistan to question the historic Shimla agreement signed by the two countries in 1972,&rsquo;&rsquo; he added.

&nbsp;Kurukshetra Member of Parliament and noted Industrialist from Jindal Group Navin Jindal on Saturday presented a gold discuss (Sudarshan Chakram) and conch(Sankam), estimated to be worth Rs 45 lakh to the famous Lord&nbsp; Venkateswara temple at Tirupati.
Navin Jindal, who runs the rail &amp; steel and power businesses of the Jindal Group, the fourth largest private sector Indian business group by assets and sales turnover. The Jindal group was founded by his father O P Jindal.
He refused to publicly divulge the value of the discuss and conch but it is estimated to be Rs 45 lakh. Both discuss and conch weighs 2 kg. He handed over these gold ornaments to the Tirumala Tirupathi Devasthnam officials.
The Tirumala temple is considered the richest in the world. It owns huge contributions of precious ornaments and jewels made by previous dynasties and the present day entrepreneurs.

Mithran. The narration starts in an interesting manner and continued in the same way. The narration is good and the screenplay is intact without any deviations.However, the problem lied in the execution. There are many scenes and stunts choreographed looked silly and ridiculous to the core. This turned the spy drama and serious scenes into laughable ones.Things doesn't change even when the director tried to connect chords with the viewers with emotional scenes and the flashback episodes. All the interesting elements in The entire first half failed in the execution and everything turned bland.Many expected the second half to be better and save the day. However much to the disappointment , it turned even worse. The unraveling of the twists in the complex mission looked illogical and are bereft of interesting twists and thrills.The pre climax and climax are stretched to the maximum and it became a painful watch on the screen. None of the scenes excite viewers turning the entire experience into a disappointing affair.Sam.CS has tuned music. The film has no songs and the background music didn't add value to the narration. The background music left a lot to be desired. In fact it looked out of sync and outdated. Altogether it ended up testing the patience of the viewers. The cinematography of George C Williams is good. It turned the scenes appealing on the screen. He however didn't get chance to show his creative talent. Vijay Velukutty failed with his editing. There are many inconsequential scenes that impacted the pace of the narration and ended up testing the patience of the movie lovers. Graphics and CGI, VFX are sub standard. He in the name of action elements turned everything into laughable and silly. Emotions turned artificial and the weak characterizations, lack of logical scenes in the spy thriller disappointed everyone. The lack of seriousness in the script undid all the good intentions. Over the top, ridiculous action sequences played the spoil sport. No amount of changes to the script could have changed the result. Considering all these elements, Cinejosh goes with a 1.5 rating for Sardar 2.

There are many unnecessary characters and the flat narration and uninspiring execution played the spoil sport. The flashback episodes undoes all the good intentions. There are many female actresses but none of them got a powerful role to make an impact. Geetu Mohan Das tried to attract viewers with brother sister relationship, father -son sentiment and many romantic elements but everything looks disjointed and ended up testing the patience of all and irritating them.Even when people wait patiently praying for the end, they will get another shock in the pre climax and climax with psychological elements. The story has many threads but none of them are answered in a convincing manner and few of them despite the lengthy runtime left unanswered and the screenplay turned ridiculous to the core. He chose a simple point and narrated it in an interesting manner.Though the narration is predictable with three youngsters roaming listlessly before realizing their mistake and changing accordingly, the Deccani accent and the Old City vibes added value to it. What surprises all is that the director did not include a female lead in the film. He showed the female character as the sister to the three main characters.The dialogues are entertaining and natural, and none of them look forced and out of sync. The interval bang is done well turning the first half into a decent one. The second half continues in the same manner, and the screenplay and narration goes in a smooth and sedate manner.However for all the positives, the director after highlighting the conflict point and establishing it quite well, ends the film in a flat manner, disappointing all.The cinematography of SVK showed the Hyderabad old city vibes in a natural and realistic way. He used the camera angles to perfection and showed the nightlife and also the day hustles quite well and in an effective manner.The background score of Smaran Sai is good and complemented the proceedings, adding value to the narration. He came up with foot-tapping songs highlighting the old city culture and Deccani flavor. The editing of Rohit Penumasta is ok but could have been better, as there are a few drags that slowed the pace of the narration. However, predictability crept in with the passage of time, and the unidimensional screenplay hampered the proceedings. The rushed climax did not add much value to the ending. A little fine-tuning of the script and inclusion of a few more twists and turns would have added more power to the final impact. The first half sails off smoothly with the typical introduction of the protagonist in a commercial mass manner and carries it in the same manner. However, in between, he loses steam, but still, the first half ends on a decent note, setting the tone for the second half.He continues in the same manner in the second half but adds a few more intense emotional elements. A couple of twists generate interest, surprising all. The twists come as a surprise in a rather predictable story, and the flat narration, especially in the second half. However, once the twists are unraveled, there is nothing much in the story to take it forward. The climax ends on an emotional note.GV. Prakash Kumar elevated the scenes with his background music. His background score added impact to the emotional scenes. His music and tunes for the songs already became the chartbusters. The screenplay turned out to be decent, and the direction is to the point.The music for Pawan CH is attractive and appealing. The songs are situational and are shot well. While one song is emotional, the other two songs are foot-tapping. His background music is in sync with the story. Vinod Bangari's cinematography is quite good. He showed the rural atmosphere in Telangana in a natural and realistic manner. Srujan Adusumilli's editing could have been far better as there are many repetitive scenes that dragged the pace of the narration. Dialogues are natural and hard-hitting. He tried to send a message to society in an entertaining manner but fails to connect chords with the viewers completely as the conflict point turns out to be weak.Uday Chauhan chose a simple point and tried to drive home an important message on how technology impacting the lives of people and children neglecting their parents in the old age. He takes the viewers into the story at the start itself but from then on failed to drive home the point in a convincing manner. The Ravi , Swetha love track and the father-daughter marriage episodes ends up testing the patience of the viewers.The court drama and the land dispute in the second half is shown in an illogical and silly manner. The point as to why son is hating his father is not shown in an elaborate manner and the father son bonding is not elevated properly except in the climax.A more racy screenplay, more intense and entertaining script would have added value to the narration. However, Vishal included more family drama, action elements instead of highlighting the main topic.All the scenes right from the first scene turned routine, monotonous and predictable. Many expected things to change after Vishal who was seen as a honest and innocent medical representive gets trageted. But nothing of that sorts happen and the entry of other Vishal character is expected to change the proceedings at least in the second half. However, the narration nosedives in the second half to a new low. The scenes featuring Vishal, Dushara Vijayan lack the emotional connect and looks mundane and the so called comedy with Thambi Ramaiah doesn't work.Things doesn't change in the second half and the so called flashback episode which is expected to take the film to next level is dragged to the core testing the patience of the viewers. The chemistry between Vishal and Anjali looked odd on screen and to the irritation of viewers, the pre climax and climax is dragged to the next level leaving people wonder when the film will end. The climax fight looked silly and illogical leaving all shocked. The story is outdated and screenplay and direction didnot inspire any confidence.GV. Prakash Kumar's music offered nothing new. The tunes turned below average. His background music fared no better. At times it turned out to be loud. The cinematography of Richard M Nathan is just average. Dialogues are pretty ordinary.  The Outer Ring Road works between Patancheru and Vijaywada Highway will be completed by June 2010 according to Urban Development Minister Anam Ramnarayan Reddy here on Saturday.
Inspecting the outer Ring Road Project site on Saturday he said the work on this project has picked up momentum and is going on a fast pace. The second phase of the Outer ring Road project will begin by the end of December, 2009.
Along with this Outer Ring Road the radial road also will be completed as per schedule he further added.
Keeping the future in mind, the Government has already acquired the required land parallel to the Ring Road for laying up of a railway track.
