KCR: KCR understood the power of the alcohol lovers. According to a report, around 20% voters like to consume Liquor. Winning their hearts, KCR has not only permitted opening of Liquor shops but also hiked the prices to just 16% on MRPs. Besides, KCR proudly stated the TRS government merely successful in banning production of gudumba in the state.

YS JAGAN MOHAN REDDY: It seems AP CM YS Jagan Mohan Reddy is taking suicidal decisions at the moment on his Liquor policy. Having raised Liquor prices to 75%, he announced the price hike is to make drinkers disinterested in buying Liquor. But then, nothing of that sort is happening. Instead, alkies are seen abusing the CM. Wont' they work against the CM in elections with these acts? Besides, the government has decided to reduce the shops by 20% in near future. On the other hand, drunkards found never seen substandard brands in Liquor shops.

CBN: CBN became outburst with the Liquor sales in AP and cursed the government for the decision, claiming it a hasty decision. Way back, in 1995, it was CBN who lifted the ban on Liquor sales. Moreover, it was during his regime between 2014 and 2019, Liquor and belt shops registered all time records in their numbers.
