IT Raids: How Vijay Get These 77 Crore?

In the context of the IT raids, that had been started from Wednesday morning to Thursday evening, Ilaya Thalapathy Vijay was even grilled by the IT sleuths on the shooting location of Master film. 

In what could be a huge shocker is that the IT officials seized Rs.77 crore unaccounted cash from various hideouts and secret places. 

Both actor Vijay and producer Anbu Chezhian's properties were conducted raids by the officials of IT and CBDT. "As per evidence detected during the search, it is estimated that the concealment in this case is likely to exceed Rs.300 crore," a joint press note of IT and CBDT said. 

It's said that Vijay's Bigil did a whopping business Rs.300 crores. However, the producer and the hero are learnt to have evaded the tax on the profits of Bigil which resulted in extensive raids of IT sleuths on the hero and the producer.
