Shock: YS Vijayamma's Charitable Trust Banned

In what can be said a huge shocker is that AP CM YS Jagan Mohan Reddy's mother Ys Vijayamma's charitable trust was banned by the union government. 

According to the reports, annual returns of 2017-18 have not been submitted by Vijayamma's charitable trust in spite of the last date being extended to March 31, 2019. Especially, Churches, which get majority of funds from Overseas, have topped the list of violators banned by the Centre  

The centre is learnt to have banned a total of 90 NGOs in Telangana and 168 organizations in Andhra Pradesh. Of which, Ys Vijayamma Charitable Trust is one among them 

According to the norms, the NGOs are supposed to mandatory file their contribution report every year. Nevertheless, it was found that these 168 websites in AP and 90 In Telangana have not filed their contribution reports resulting in the FCRI cancelling their registration.   Ys Vijayamma's trust has become one among the violators list.
