'Mayadari Malligadu', TP for Sudheer Babu?

Superstar Krishna's  'Mayadari Malligadu' was released in 1973 and was a big hit then. Songs such as 'Navvuthoo bathakaaliraa', 'Mallepandiri needalona jabillee', 'Vastha vellosthaa' and 'Thalaku neellosukunee' rocked the chart busters. Incidentally, Sudheer Babu's next movie's title has been confirmed as 'Mayadari Malligadu' some time ago. Though this is not going to be the remake of the old movie, definitely, there will be some references like songs or scenes in this new version. Since Sudheer Babu's new film 'Aadu Magadura Bujji' received mixed responses, 'Mayadari Malligadu' is hopefully expected to be the turning point for Sudheer Babu. 

Poorna, who was seen as lady lead in Seema Tapakai, is doing the female lead of this movie.Hanuma Mupparaju is debuting as director with this entertainer. Revan Kumar is the producer of this movie. Ratan is composing music for the film. Besides to lead pair Sudheer Babu and Poorna, ‘Mayadari Malligadu’ features artistes like Chandra Mohan, Posani, Brahmanandam, Rao Ramesh, Ahuti Prasad, Srinivas Reddy and others in supporting roles.
