Telangana martyrs families try to lay siege PCC chief's house

The Telangana Martyrs State Union tried to lay siege the Pradesh Congress president D Srinivas’ house in Nizamabad on Tuesday.

Demanding DS to withdraw from contesting in  the forth coming by-elections they tried to surround his residence. As reported earlier DS is contesting from Nizamabad urban in the forthcoming by-elections.

First they tried to meet DS , but on learning that he was  not  present there they tried to stage a dharna in front  of his house. The police descended on the  scene and  forcefully lifted them out from the road.

Tension prevailed at DS’  house on Tuesday with Telangana martyrs State Union having arguments and counter arguments with the police  at DS’ residence.

The families of Telngana martyrs along with the activists of Telangana Jagruti  took part in  the  dharna. Resenting the decision of the Congress  to field Congress candidates in all  the  12  segments for the forthcoming by- elections the agitators shouted slogans against the PCC chief .
