The police chief further revealed that the accused revealed to the police during interrogation that the reason behind Suri’s murder may be of property disputes, ‘benami’ lands acquired in the name of accused Bhanu Kiran and other personal differences regarding superiority. The accused also said that there may be other reason unknown to them.

The police chief further said that the accused, during their interrogation, told the police that Suri and Bhanu used to call the people to Alekya Apartment and Vasanth Vihar Apartment in Cyberabad to settle the property disputes, illegal money transactions etc.

The accused also told the police that Bhanu Kiran and his associates acquired various properties mostly in the limits of Cyberabad and Rangareddy Districts.

Mr Khan revealed that the police investigations have revealed Bhanu Kiran and his associates fled from Hyderabad after killing Suri and went to Sholapur, Pune, Gwalior, Gurgaon and Itawa. They stayed at each place for a few days and kept shifting their residences to avoid the police net.

The four were caught after Manmohan Singh Bhadauria came to Hyderabad to get financial help from the followers of Bhanu Kiran, as the accused were running short of money.

The police chief also said that one 9 MM Pistol, 7 live rounds, one extra magazine, 5 cell phones, 11 SIM Cards, one ATM card, 5 debit/credit cards, two-wheelers and Rs 25,000 in cash were recovered from the arrested persons.
