Producer Krishna Kommalapati is backing the project. The poster shows Harsh Roshan and Nakshatra on a bicycle in a scenic setting and it already got good response from movie lovers.The film is described as a heartwarming musical love story about young emotions and special relationships. Makers say it will focus on simple feelings and relatable storytelling to give audiences a fresh experience. Huzurnagar MLA Uttam Kumar Reddy, the Congress representative to the all-party conclave which met earlier in the day to receive the Justice Srikrishna Commission Report, said that he favoured Option Number Five, which recommends bifurcation of the state with Hyderabad being the Capital of Telangana.
The other representative sent by the Congress, Eluru MP Kavuri Sambhasiva Rao however said that he would react only after going through the Justice Srikrishna Commission Report thoroughly.
Talking to media persons after attending the all-party meeting convened by Union Home Minister P Chidambaram in New Delhi, Mr Uttam Kumar Reddy said that the Commission has gave valuable recommendation on the situation in the state.
When the reporters asked Mr Sambhasiva Rao about the six options recommended by the Commission, he said, &ldquo;I will react only after studying the complete report thoroughly.&rdquo;
Mr Sambhasiva Rao also congratulated the Commission members for submitting the report as per the deadline and expressed his happiness at Union Home Minister P Chidambaram for convening the all-party meeting immediately within one week after the submission of report.
Mr Uttam Kumar Reddy revealed that he had submitted a letter to the Union Home Minister protesting the deployment of Central paramilitary forces in Telangana. He urged Mr Chidambaram to immediately withdraw the Central forces from the state. &nbsp;
The six options given by the Panel are:- 1) Maintaining Status Quo: The unanimous view of the Panel is that this option is not a practical approach, in light of the situation.
2) &nbsp; Bifurcate Andhra Pradesh into Seemandhra and Telangana states with Hyderabad as a Union Territory and the two resultant states developing their own capitals in due course. The Panel said that the likelihood of this option resulting in serious backlashes in Telangana region, making it impracticable.
3) Bifurcate Andhra Pradesh into two states, Rayala-Telangana and Coastal Andhra states with Hyderabad being an integral part of Rayala-Telangana. The Panel added that this option would not be acceptable by both pro-Telangana or by the pro-United Andhra protagonists, even though this may have economic justification.
4) Bifurcating Andhra Pradesh into Seemandhra and Telangana states while Hyderabad is granted the status of a Union Territory. The Panel recommended that the Union Territory of Hyderabad can be made up of the Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation Areas with it being connected to both Coastal Andhra and Rayalaseema regions via Nalgonda district in the south-east to Guntur district in coastal Andhra and through Mahabubnagar district connecting it to Kurnool district in Rayalaseema. The Panel also expressed the view that this would be opposed by Telangana protagonists and will be difficult to be accepted.
5). Bifurcation of the state into Telangana and Seemandhra states as per existing boundaries with Hyderabad as the capital of Telangana and Seemandhra to have a new capital. The Panel said that this option should be given consideration. The Panel said that if this option is pursued, care must be taken to allay the fears of the business community, especially of those originating from Seemandhra, that their business interests are safe.
The Panel further emphasised that though this option would satisfy a large number of people, this is the second most preferred option and must be taken if bifurcation is unavoidable.
6) Keep the state united and provide certain definite constitutional/statuary measures for socio-economic development and political empowerment of Telangana region-creation of a statutorily-empowered Telangana Regional Council.
The Panel recommended that this option can be taken up with the establishment of a Telangana Regional Council with adequate transfer of funds, functions and functionaries.

Uttam suggests Centre to go for Fifth Option

Communist Party of India (Marxist) state secretary B V Raghavulu on Thursday demanded that status quo must be maintained on Telangana issue and it should be the responsibility of the Centre to come out with a solution.
The veteran Communist leader said, "We want status quo to be maintained. The CPM is of the view that the Centre must come out with a solution on the issue. Mere discussions are of no use, hopefully the Centre will have a clear view by the next meeting.&rdquo;
Mr Raghavulu said that Union Home Minister P Chidambaram make his stand clear on Telangana statehood issue immediately.
Talking to media persons after the outcome of all-party meeting on Justice Srikrishna Commission report, the Left party leader demanded the Centre to make its stand clear on the bifurcation of state issue. If the Centre resorts to delay in the announcement of its stand on state formation, it would provoke the Telangana people and create law and order situation.
Mr Raghavulu hailed the Union Minister&rsquo;s call to all parties to observe restraint over the recommendations of SKC report and help the government in maintenance of law and order.
He appealed to Chidambaram to elicit party views within 15 days from the state and convene all-party meeting as early as possible to chalk out future course of action.
He asked Chidambaram to withdraw Central paramilitary forces from the state immediately as the state was peaceful.
Meanwhile, Communist party of India state secretary K Narayana founded fault in the report for not mentioning Telangana clearly in the recommendations.

Ram Charan is introduced in a mass manner and the love track follows along with the buildup to the rivalry. The entire first half is loaded with mass elements, but the runup to the interval and interval bang though predictable, excites all setting the tone for the second half.All the cricket matches though shot impressively lacked the wow factor except for the presence of Ram Charan. There are many actors in the film and they just appear and go in an insignificant manner. The moment Janhvi is introduced, it brings down the intensity and pace of the narration impacting the overall output.The second half also starts in the similar manner but the emotions that appear drives the story forward. In the process of elevating the emotions, the pace dipped drastically. The second half special song makes one wonder whether Buchi Babu Sana is set to end the film on a predictable note, but he comes with a surprise here and from then on the screenplay takes a new turn.Ram Charan's impactful screenpresence takes viewers on an emotional ride till the end of the film.Ram Charan's performance in the climax moves all to the core and the film then ends on a predictable tone.Oscar winner Rahman AR scored the music. Buchi Babu Sana loaded the film with mass elements for more than 75% of the film keeping in view , Ram Charan's stardom and fan following. He elevated Ram Charan's style and mannerisms on the screen. But this at times impacted the story and narration. However, in the second half, he showed his mettle during that last 25% with thought provoking dialogues, natural and realistic emotions and strong message to the society. Screenplay turned out tobe decent and Buchi Babu Sana tried to elevate it with the shock factor. A little finetuning of the script and doing away with unnecessary and illogical scenes, Peddi would have got more firepower. He managed to entertain viewers balancing and blending both humour and suspense in a perfect manner. Sobhan Chittiprolu apart from readying the story even came up with impressive screenplay along with Chanakya Varma and Gopalakrishna Vidmahela. Sobhan did full justice to all the departments he handled.Pradeep Maddali highlighted how people of Godavari districts take rooster fights as a prestige issue and how few anti social elements take advantage of the gambling. He ensured that the narration doesnot turn into completely serious tone but told in a entertaining manner.The webseries has six episodes and the first episode starts with the introduction of lead actors and the missing of the rooster. The nnarration takes entertaining route with the investigation. All the investigation, scene recreation and others have been written in a funny manner.However, some scenes got repeated and this slowed the pace of the narration, diluting the tempo. Some scenes looked forced and some are not brought to the logical conclusion. One gets a feeling that there could have been few thrillinng scenes while revealing the antagonist. While the first two episodes are hilarious and is narrated at a fast pace, the third episode slows the proceedings.Fourth episode turns the story interesting before the &nbsp;runup to the climax.The music of Saket Komanduri is pleasant ad appealing. He ensured that the BGM is in sync with the story and not loud. Kishore Boidapu with his cinematography showed the beauty of Godavari districts in a visually natural and realistic maner. He showed good emotions and variations in expressions and made his presence felt. Master Mahendra showed good expressions highlighting the innocence. Shraddha Das came up with a subtle performance. Tanikella Bharani came up with good performance. He came up with an interesting concept but while trying to narrate it on the screen, he ended up confusing the viewers. More than the story he concentrated on VFX and at times used AI to generate the required VFX. The backstory and Trikala generates interest at the start but right after that he ends up confusing with non linear screenplay.The first half has been dragged to the core and the slow pace impacted the output. Though some clarity comes in the second half, it turns out to be routine with psychpath kind of elevations and monotonous scenes. The film lacked the natural feel and everything looks artificial in the end.Pavan Chenna's cinematography is ok. Harshavardhan Rameshwar's music also fall in the same zone. Song on mother is ok. Director Mani Tellaguti himself handled the editing and it turned out to be a huge let down. He should have done away with many unnecessary scenes. The story is simple but he tried to turn it into a crime thriller adding delusional elements and also schizophrenia disease symptoms. The entire story revolves around a single point and he tries to excite viewers with confusing screenplay.To some extent he emerged successful but with the passage of time, one gets a feeling that the story is not moving any further. He tried to make up for it with hilarious scene in the police station during the preclimax. The entire first half is dragged with the love scenes featuring the lead pairs. The interval twist sets the tone for the second half. The pace picks up in the second half but the so called twists can be easily predicted.The music for the film is tuned by Ilayaraja. The songs looked like serial songs and offered nothing new. and the background music turned out to be a huge disappointment. One cannot believe that Ilayaraja scored the music for the film. The cinematography of Arvind Kannabiran is good. He showed the scenes in a realistic manner adding aesthetic elements. The editing of Junaid Siddiqui could have been better as there are many repetitive scenes that slowed the pace of the narration. He did full justice to his role. But the moment he started delivering dialogues it looks like he is out to complete them at a go for the fear of forgetting the same.Sunil played the important role in the film. He just followed the same template he used for KGF, Salaar and others. He came up with a simple story of how a family tries to protect themselves when on attack from dreaded gangsters. Many such films came earlier but Subhash K Raj narrated it in a different manner trying to send message to the society.He showed father training his daughter to be brave and not to tolerate any injustice not only to the family but others in the society despite mother expressing her own fears. He also highlighted the importance of martial arts and how it will be helpful as a self defence system.He started the narration in &nbsp;a gripping manner and then the narration and screenplay turns racy throughout the first half. The first half ends in a decent manner setting the stage for the second half. The second half also treads in a similar manner but pace dips at times and due to few repetitive and dragged scenes. The climax too turns out to be weak.Arun Radhakrishnan's cinematography is good. He used the camera angles and color combinations to perfection do give a natural and realistic feel. Ravi Basrur's background music is impactful and added value to the narration. The editing of Pradeep E Ragav is decent enough except for few drags here and there and repetitive scenes. Dialogues are thoughprovoking, inspirational and motivational. The entire first half is loaded with the fights between husband and wife and the happenings between the friends and court scenes. All those things are routine and few hilarious scenes are just ok though they are nothing new.The first half ends with the revelation of the secrets of the protagonists and the entire second half is all about them proving their innocence. The director failed to connect the emotional chords and failed to establish how a small incidents lead to divorce. Few emotions are ok but the super heroes fights looked silly and didnot workout. He tried to load the second half with intense emotions but failed to do full justice to them.He ended few roles abruptly and didnot justify few characters in the film. Climax twist is decent &nbsp;to some extent.Satish Muthyala's cinematography is good. Shrawan Bharadwaj's music is just ok and so is the background music. Editing of Koti left a lot to be desired. But the routine shades and slow pace ended up testing the patience of the viewers. The entire second half is loaded with emotional content. The twist in the pre climax is good and the climax turns out to be emotional.There are many unnecessary scenes that defies logic and also the conflict is not shown in &nbsp;a convincing manner. The relationship and connection to four kids and the granny is not shown properly.Aravind Thirukovela with his cinematography turned the scenes colorful and visually appealing on the screen. He starts the narration in an interesting manner increasing the curiosity levels highlighting the fears of the protagonist in the wake of the recent developments which got him unwanted media attention.He also showed the emotional situation and trauma of the female cop who experiences shock of her son's death and how to deal ith them. He slowly corelates both the incidents and developments and showed the media trail and social media impact on the protagonist's family. He concentrated on the happenings in Varun's life and tried to surprise viewers.Though Jeethu Joseph tried to highlight the emotional complications and implications and also worked hard to maintain the thrill factor, viewers who watched the first two parts, feel everything is stretched and they could easily guess the next scenes and proceedings. They feel that Jeethu Joseph stretched the narration and the so called thrill factor to a point of no return. The slow pace in the first half tests the patience of the viewers. It is only during the runup to the interval block some sense of urgency is shown and few scenes increase the thrill factor.People expect a more interesting and intriguing second half. However the familiarity of the behavior of the characters robbed viewers of the novel feeling. Everything turns predictable be it the investigation sequences, emotional scenes and the pattern in unraveling the suspense. To the top of it, when viewers expect a shocking climax, the simple climax turns out to be a major disappointment. The way protagonist comes with silly ideas turns out to be a huge disappointment. The Telugu dubbing turned out to be the worst.The editing of Vinayak VS could have been far better. There are many scenes that slowed the pace of the narration. The cinematography of Satheesh Kurup is in sync with the story.
