Thalapathy Vijay after the tragic incident at Karur rally is organising another rally at Puducherry. This happens to be his first rally after the tragedy.
Even as the preparations are in fullswing and fans of Vijay are thronging the venue, there was security breach and also fear gripped as a man carrying gun tried to enter the venue.
The person happened to be David, a guard for Prabhu, the Sivagangai District Secretary of the party. The authorities permitted the rally, confining the number of people to just 5000 in number.
Senior Superintendent of Police (Law and Order) R Kalaivanan said attendance was strictly limited to 5,000 people, as requested by Tamilaga Vetri Kazhagam.
Police denied permission to old people,children and pregnant women as the party of the security measures. People only with valid QR code will be allowed the rally.
