Rajasekhar in Lubber Pandhu remake. Angry Star Rajasekhar is trying to make his presence felt at the box office doing sensible roles rather than confine himself to lead roles.
According to the latest, it is coming out that Rajasekhar will be starring in the hit Kollywood remake. Inside talk is Rajasekhar has acquired the rights of the Tamil film Lubber Pandhu and he is planning to cast Ramyakrishnan opposite him. The duo starred in Allari Priyudu and Balarama Krishnulu and if they share screen once again, it will be after 27 years.
Rajasekhar and Ramyakrishnan will be seen reprising the roles played by VR Dinesh and Swasika. The film also stars Rajasekhar's daughter Shivani Rajasekhar as his onscreen daughter while Viswadev Rachakonda of 35 Chinna Katha Kaadu fame plays one of the key roles.
The Telugu version of Lubber Pandhu is already available on Jio+Hotstar and it has to be seen how movie lovers receive it in theatres. The tamil version is Ani IV Sasi, son of filmmaker IV Sasi and Telugu version director is yet to be named.
