Bollywood superstar Salman Khan recently addressed the controversy surrounding his alleged unprofessional behavior during the filming of "Sikandar". On the latest episode of Bigg Boss 19, Salman clarified that his delayed arrival on set was due to an injury he sustained during filming, not negligence. The director of the film, AR Murugadoss, had previously attributed the film's underperformance to Salman's late arrivals, claiming it disrupted shoot timings.

Salman defended his professionalism and commitment to his craft, stating, "People can say what they want, but I never compromise on my work". Nikhil Dwivedi, producer of Dabangg 3, shared his experience working with Salman, calling him the "most easy going actor" with no demands.

Dwivedi emphasized that Salman works nonstop for 6 months on a film and honors his commitments, despite his busy schedule with Bigg Boss. Dwivedi added that artists should be given the liberty to choose their convenient shoot time, making the debate about Salman's professionalism "overblown".

Salman also took a subtle dig at AR Murugadoss, saying, "He's made another movie now, Madharaasi. It's a very big film – a much bigger blockbuster than 'Sikandar'". Salman maintained that not every movie works out and it's essential to respect the effort and move forward.
