Prabhas is getting ready to entertain movie lovers with hilarious horror entertainer The Raja Saab. The film directed by Maruthi is progressing at a brisk pace.
However The film is getting delayed due to various reasons. In the midst of all this The Raja Saab landed in legal tangle. Ivy Entertainment has filed a lawsuit in the Delhi High Court against its co-producer, People Media Factory (PMF), and its directors over alleged contractual breaches related to The Raja Saab.
In the law suit the Ivy Entertainment alleged that People Media Factory didnot complete the film in a timely manner and they even withheld the monthly updates. They now sought the refund of Rs 218crs with 18% annual interest as the PMF failed to uphold the obligations.
Ivy asked the court directions to permanent injunction preventing PMF and its associates from claiming any rights or exploiting the film without Ivy’s consent. Ivy dragged the names PMF directors Vishwa Prasad TG and Subramanya Vivekananda Kuchibhotla, along with post-production firms, including Deccan Dreams Animations LLP, Prasad Xtreme Digital Cinema Network, Qube Cinema Technologies and UFO Moviez in its petition.
