Mohanlal Created New Record with Thudarum

Mohanlal's Thudarum which was released recently came as a surprise to the audiences. The film is creating wonders near box office. Especially in Malayalam the film is doing phenomenal, the film minted over 100 Cr rupees at the box office in the first week.

With Thudarum crossing 100 cr mark Mohanlal created history by becoming the only South Indian actor who delivered two 100 CR mark films in a gap of one month. Mohanlal's previous release L2 Empuraan, also did great business globally. The film grossed ₹257 crore worldwide in 12 days.

Directed by Tharun Moorthy, The film features Mohanlal as the protagonist Shanmugham, a taxi driver, alongside Shobana, Binu Pappu, and filmmaker Prakash Varma in lead roles.
