Vijay Deverakonda Ranabaali Nears 44 Crore Worldwide

Vijay Deverakonda and Rashmika Mandanna’s Ranabaali has collected an estimated ₹43.85 crore worldwide in its first four days. The film earned ₹34.35 crore gross in India and ₹9.50 crore overseas, while its domestic net collection reached ₹29.45 crore by Monday, October 19.
On Day 4, Ranabaali collected ₹5.40 crore net in India, marking a 28% decline from Sunday’s ₹7.50 crore. The film’s reported production budget is around ₹75 crore, with its theatrical break even target estimated at a similar level. Final profitability depends on distributor shares and revenue recovery.
Directed by Rahul Sankrityan, Ranabaali is a period action drama set against the Great Madras Famine of 1876–1878. Vijay plays Ranabaali, a horseman who leads resistance against British colonial oppression, while Rashmika portrays Jayamma, his wife. Hollywood actor, Mummy fame Arnold Vosloo appears as British officer Sir Theodore Hector in a menacing role.
With ₹43.85 crore in worldwide gross, Ranabaali has made an encouraging start but still has substantial ground to cover against its reported budget. Mixed audience reactions and the weekday slowdown make its upcoming collections crucial. Strong word of mouth and steady theatre occupancy will determine whether the film can approach its estimated break even target.
