Venkat Rao, Srinivas - The main killers?

“Dongalu Padda Six Months ki Dog’s Barking Chesayi,” this is how our state police work. Little girl Naga Vaishnavi is brutally murdered, her father Prabhakar died by continuous heart strokes.

Now, Police are suspecting that Prabhakar’s brother-in-law (brother of his first wife), named Venkat Rao and his cousin Srinivas and a gang of rowdy sheeters are involved in this brutal murder.

What a progress, hats off to our state Police. Is there any law and order in the state? Is there any administrative machinery running in the state?
