Beer Bottles and Gutkhas on PVNR Elevated Expressway.

The longest elevated expressway in the city is on with traffic. Despite being rated as an engineering excellence, it also bagged the critics reward for its low maintenance.

Here are the few positive and negative points from one of our driver on this expressway:

Plus Points:
1. No two wheeler traffic.
2. No traffic jams.
3. No bus stops.
4. No hard work to chug behind an auto rickshaw or an RTC bus     
5. No traffic signals.

Minus Points:
1. Narrow roads with less width.
2. Few places, one car per lane.
3. Missing new look.
4. Pan, Gutkha stains on road and dividers.
5. Empty beer bottles her and there.
6. Bumps very 100 or 200 mts.
7. No police checkups.
8. Lack of reflectors to indicate the sharp turns.
But anyway, this is our Expressway…it is our pride…isn’t it.
