The company says, it has added 32 clients since May with just a handful of clients moving out. It is chasing deals in the USD 50 million with over 15 such deals in contention.

Further, the company says, its synergy with Tech Mahindra will be in the verticals of infrastructure, people and processes.  “Tech Mahindra will take employees from the Satyam virtual pool," he said.

Once India's fourth largest software and services outsourcing company, Satyam was thrown into turmoil in January this year when the company's founder and former chairman B Ramlinga Raju admitted he had inflated Satyam’s profits by 640 million over the previous seven years. Subsequently, Indian telecoms integrator Tech Mahindra paid $351 m for a 31 per cent majority stake in the company and Mahindra Satyam was born.
