It was immensely buzzed that Tamil Superstar Rajinikanth would inaugurate Prince Mahesh Babu and Asian Cinemas prestigious multiplex Amb Cinemas. With reasons unknown, Superstar skipped the inauguration ceremony of the multiplex held on Sunday.
However, Veteran Superstar Krishna turned out to be the saviour of the grand launch of the multiplex. Krishna inaugurated the multiplex located at Gachibowli. The ceremony was also graced by Mahesh's bawa Galla Jayadev, Krishna's brother Adiseshagiri Rao and Asian Movies' head Sunil Narang.
It is speculated that Rs.80 crores were invested on Amb Cinemas which is equipped with lavish infrastructure and amenities including seven screens. This is said to be an ultimate place where film buffs to enjoy.
Director RGV, who watched a movie on the opening day, tweeted, "Just watched a film in @urstrulyMahesh ‘s Amb Cinemas..The only problem with this Superplex is,its difficult for any film to match to this wonderful place ..The theatre is a SUPER DUPER BLOCKBUSTER."
On the movies front, Mahesh Babu is participating the shoot of his highly awaited movie Maharshi being directed by Vamsi Paidipally.
