Dhanush Feels Like 2nd Rajnikanth

VIP 2 starring Dhanush, Amala Paul, Ritu Varma and Kajol in lead roles is directed by Soundarya Rajnikanth is jointly produced by Kalaipuli S Thanu and Dhanush.

As per a past update, Tamil and Telugu version of VIP 2 is supposed to release on July 28.

Last week, makers have announced that Telugu version alone will be postponed and released on an appropriate day in August.

Now, makers have again declared that both Tamil and Telugu versions are postponed to a further date.

Producers have given a reason stating that VIP 2 post production works are yet to complete and hence the delay.

However, Kollywood has a different version to it.  They say Dhanush made his mind to plan VIP 2 release simultaneously in Hindi, Telugu and Tamil on the same day.

Since dubbing works of other languages are yet to be finished, he postponed the Tamil too.

Few of the Kollywood media went to the extent of telling that Dhanush thinks he is in on par with Rajnikanth's charm and trying to emulate him by releasing VIP 2 in all three languages at a time.

Whatever the gossip mongers think, it is indeed a smart move from Dhanush to release this movie in all languages as there are actors like Kajol and himself who has pan India appeal.
