Legendary Actress Says 'Baahubali' a Stupid Film

'Baahubali' might be a gigantic hit of Telugu cinema and it might be one of the top grossers at India level. Yet, critics cited sufficient reasons to prove 'Baahubali' not a great cinema. Incidentally, no director of Tollywood praised the movie at the time of the movie's release.

And now, all time legendary actress takes a dig at 'Baahubali'. As we know, veteran heroine Jamuna was considered a glamourous queen yesteryears. No wonder, most of the movies scored hits and super hits due to Jamuna's presence in those films. 

Jamuna was honoured with 'Nata Tapaswini' award by a cultural association in Rajamahendravaram yesterday. Speaking to a leading Telugu newspaper Jamuna remarked 'Baahubali' a stupid film. " As my grandson prompted me, I watched 'Baahubali' recently. It's a stupid film. Except technological values, there was nothing in the movie. No suitable cast was selected except the hero," says Jamuna.
