Tamil star hero Suriya's 'Masss' and its Telugu version 'Rakshasudu' are gearing up for release world wide on 29th of this month. The movie was supposed to be released in huge number of theaters in the Middle Eastern country, Kuwait.
Here is a shocker to Suriya, the government of Kuwait imposed a ban on the movie's screening in the country. They cited the reason that there is none to have super powers other than god. Since Suriya has super powers in 'Masss', the movie had to be banned in the country.
Good number of Tamil people scattered across Middle Eastern countries and in Kuwait the number is even more. As such 'Masss' was expected to accumulate good collections in Kuwait but was in vain due to ban. Earlier, Lawrence' 'Ganga' and horror film 'Demonte Colony' were also banned due to religious beliefs in Kuwait.
