However, the latest opening day advance booking trend points towards a much lower start of around ₹65 crore nett across all languages.The film has registered ₹47.11 crore in India opening day advance booking gross, selling 12.83 lakh tickets across 25,931 shows as of 9 PM IST. The average ticket price stands at approximately ₹367, including 3D charges. While the overall pre sales look impressive, ticket pricing appears to be affecting occupancy in major Hindi markets.The Hindi version leads with ₹35.33 crore gross at an average ticket price of ₹442, but occupancy remains at just 19.1%. In comparison, Kannada has recorded ₹5.07 crore at 33.3% occupancy, while Telugu has collected ₹4.22 crore at ₹189 ATP with 28.1% occupancy. Tamil and Malayalam have also reported better occupancy than Hindi.The regional trend is equally interesting, with Karnataka leading state collections at ₹8.39 crore and 32.8% occupancy. Surprise happenings in Vishwambhara 

The Government of Telangana is exploring the possibilities of paying the Government of India shares in the Singareni Collieries Company to make it totally a Telangana State owned company.
Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao reviewing the activities of Singareni Collieries Company directed the officials to initiate steps in this regard. He said under the Government of India's disinvestment policy the possibilities of owning the company are very bright. The review meeting is attended by Sutirtha Bhattacharya, Chairman and Managing Director Singareni Collieries; D. Prabhakar Rao, CMD Telangana GENCO; S. Narsing Rao, Prl. Secretary to Chief Minister; Ramesh Kumar, Director Operations Singareni Collieries; Raji Reddy, Union Leader and General Secy.
The Director Operations set the agenda and made a presentation. The Chief Minister enquired about coal reserves, open cast mining, ground water mining, air-conditioning of the works, work force, leave structure and holiday structure of employees, staffing structure, mechanization etc.,
The Chief Minister enquired the reasons for reducing the work force in some areas. He said that, there are about 30 to 40 prospective under ground mining areas and as such when people are prepared to work underground the possibilities of opening underground mines to be worked out. The Chief Minister said that he would inaugurate one or two under ground mines before Dusserah. The Singareni Collieries Company should also begin the process of starting six more underground mines projects to create more employment, this year.
The Singareni Collieries officers brought to the notice of the Chief Minister that about Rs.1200 crore &nbsp;of royalty is paid to the Government of India every year besides paying between Rs.1500 to Rs.1600 crores to Telangana government. The total turnover of the company is about Rs.12,300 crores. KCR directed the Singareni Collieries officials to protect the assets of the company outside Telangana like the lands in Kondapally of Krishna District, Vizag and Vijayawada. He said the details of assets are to be worked out and the lands are to be fenced. The Krishna Collector to be contacted to demarcate the boundaries of land in Kondapally.
The Chief Minister enquired about air pollution and water pollution control measures and pointed out lapses. He suggested to go for large scale tree plantation of about one crore saplings in and around the mining areas. The Chief Minister reviewed the Thermal Power Projects of Singareni. The CMD assured the Chief Minister that, both the power plants of 600MW each initiated by them will be ready by 15th Nov.2015.
Chandrasekhar Rao suggested to workout strategies to meet the growing demands of coal and said that Singareni Company should explore the possibilities of mining outside the State and Country. He said that they should go to countries like Australia, South Africa, Mozambique, Indonesia etc and find out the places of rich coal fields and submit a report.
The Chief Minister instructed that a 10 member delegation comprising of CMD Singareni Collieries, Prl. Secy. to CM other officials, Union delegates to visit countries for this purpose. He said that the Singareni Collieries should have a corporate look, New face-New look and to be unique. The Chief Minister also said Singareni Collieries should become the biggest supplier of coal in the Globe.
KCR said that Singareni as a reputed company will go and bid for mining abroad to make it more proud. Singareni existence outside the State and Country will make it a privileged Institution. He said the Singareni being the oldest coal company of the world shall do mining outside the country and get International reputation. The Chief Minister said that, this will provide large employment opportunities also.
Touching upon the subject of Power the Chief Minister said it is mandatory for NTPC to produce 4000MW of dedicated power for Telangana which requires 1500 acres of land of Singareni Collieries at Ramagundam. Similarly, Telangana GENCO requires 400 acres of land in Ramagundam and 2000 acres of land at Manuguru. The Chief Minister instructed the Singareni Officials to initiate steps to allot this land.
The Chief Minister also said that the issues of dependant employment, dismissed employment need to be addressed by the management. He said that as far as Singareni Collieries Company is concerned there shall be no discrimination between Andhra and Telangana employees.
He said it is a company by itself and employees are from all over the country and is a Singareni family. The Chief Minister said that Health of Singareni workers to be taken care of and totally streamlined. He suggested that the company to start four super specialty hospitals in four districts covered by the Singareni mining namely Khammam, Warangal, Adilabad and Karimnagar. He also said that by making use of the four super specialty hospitals the company can also run a Medical College in due course.
The Chief Minister asked the CMD Singareni Collieries to give the Singareni Collieries employees a special Telangana increment and treat the absence during the 'Sakala Janula Samme' as leave. He also told the officials to show remarkable change in the next three months in the welfare areas of employees like improving hygienic conditions, facilities and canteen provisions etc.,

However, a couple of scenes and twists looked unconvincing. Still the first half turns out to be a decent watch.The second half nose dives completely with uninteresting elements and insipid investigation. Except for a few scenes here and there, everything turns lackluster. The climax ends on a disappointing and weak note with no real face off.Sushin Shyam failed completely with his music. However, he came up with a breezy and groovy background music to elevate the scenes. His innovative background score added a quirky look to the proceedings.Vineeth Augustin with his Cinematography elevated the tone and tenor of the film's genre. Ajmal Sabu's editing turned out to be a mixed bag. He left many dragging scenes unattended in the second half which resulted in a tedious watch. A racy screenplay and powerful characterizations doing with redoing of the script would have added more power. Considering all these elements, Cinejosh goes with a 2.25 rating for Scene.

He tried to excite all with the crime thriller. The first four episodes progress in a interesting and exciting manner. He designed the character of Naresh Agasthya. The happenings involving the character of Anji is good. But these things could have been shown in the more impactful manner.Sasidhar Munnangi the loses plot in the last three episodes diluting the intensity levels. Had these scenes designed in &nbsp;an interesting manner, things would have been different. The more subplots as the investigation progresses resulted in the decrease of interest leves as it resulted in confusion all over. It turned out to be a mixed bag with few scenes getting dragged unnecessarily and some scenes ending rather abruptly.Many murder mysteries came with such plot and very few of them are engaging. Rudravanam PS also fails to engage. The first four episodes though interesting are dragged showing the restlessness in the police force and the story do not head anywhere. The entire story is narrated in the last two episodes and the &nbsp;motive of the culprit is shown in the last episode and this is little interesting. However, even that pales due to the weak motive.Ashkar Ali with his cinematography showed the rural village atmosphere in the natural and realistic manner. However Madhav's editing should have been &nbsp;more sharper as there are many scenes that slowed the pace of the narration. The background music of Saluri Vasu Rao is good and added value to the narration. While he made an impactful start with the first four episodes showing the investigating episodes in an exciting and interesting manner, the last three episodes except for the climax goes for a toss. For all his efforts, though the characterisation of Naresh Agasthya's role appeals, everything goes missing. The story lacked the emotional connect with things passing through the motions and screenplay turning spineless and stale without offering nothing much to excite. Ranabaali (2026) Movie: What's BehindVijay Deverakonda and Rashmika Mandanna coming back together after Geetha Govindam and Dear Comrade especially after their marriage itself builds curiosity. Add to it, director Rahul Sankrityan, the man behind Taxiwaala and Shyam Singha Roy picking a 1854 to 1878 Rayalaseema famine backdrop, and Mythri Movie Makers backing it on a grand scale. Promos promised blood, pain and a never seen before Vijay. It's OTT streaming partner is announced as Netflix. Ranabaali hit theatres on October 16th. Singanamala Bobbili Ranabaali (Vijay Deverakonda) is born into a Palegaadu family. As per legend, he is born without breath and is blessed by Lord Bhadramallanna Swamy with life for two pushkarams. He grows up as a ferocious, going to any extent to protect his people guy. To bring him on track, his family gets him married to Jayamma (Rashmika). She tries to change him. At the same time, the whole Madras region is hit by a terrible famine, British commissioner Sir Theodore Hector (Arnold Vosloo) was appointed as the commissioner for Madras presidency and his brutal decisions leads to looting grains, lands with heavy taxes and people are dying of hunger. When Ranabaali witness that suffering with his own eyes, he turns into a rebel fighting for his people. How does he protect and turns into a nightmare to Britishers forms the crux of the story.Ranabaali (2026) Movie: Artists ReviewVijay Deverakonda is genuinely sincere as Ranabaali. This is totally away from his usual urban lover boy image. He has worked hard on his body language as a drunk, careless youth in early scenes and as a ferocious warrior in action blocks. Initially it seems his Rayalaseema dialect and histrionics seem forced but gets better as the movie progresses. In many scenes, his eyes and expressions do more talking than dialogues. Interval bang and climax are where he truly shines. You can feel the anger, helplessness and pain of a leader in him.Rashmika as Jayamma is lovely but her screen time is limited. In the first half, her scenes with Vijay are heartwarming, they give you that light feel in such a heavy film. She brings grace and emotion, and it's good to see she in a role which has very good importance to the story proceedings. But she suddenly disappear and only appears during the later hour in second half and brings emotional anchor.Lal as Bhadramallanna appears in just 2-3 scenes but makes an impact. Mummy fame Arnold Vosloo as brutal commissioner did menacing act. Eshwari Rao, Vivek Sagar, Kancharapalem Kishore and others are fine in their parts.Ranabaali (2026) Movie: Technicians ReviewIf you compare both halves, first half is definitely better. Rahul takes his time to create the world of 1858 Rayalaseema - the Palegaadu system, the British torture, Ranabaali's personal life. Even it is a bit slow here and there, but the Vijay - Rashmika track and period detailing keep us hooked. Interval gives a good high. Second half starts on a powerful note but soon becomes too heavy. The film keeps showing back to back suffering, battles and grief. After a point, it feel choked. We can feel the suffering more than the heroism, because the heroic payoffs don't elevate mainly due to lack of pulsating BGM. With a runtime of almost 2 hours 58 minutes, it feels stretched.Technically, the film is rich. Cinematography by Jishnu Bhattacharjee, and Nirav Shah is one of the biggest assets, it beautifully captures the dry lands, forts and villages of 19th century Rayalaseema. Production design needs a special mention. Except for a few hill portions, you won't feel it's a set, it looks like a real location. Costumes and art department have done a great job. Where the film slips badly is music. Except for Melody song between Vijay and Rashmika, no other song registers. For a film of this scale, it is expected a thundering BGM to lift those elevation scenes. But the score by Ajay - Atul duo lacks that power. That's why even well shot heroic moments and heavy emotional scenes don't give you goosebumps. If those painful scenes had ended with a strong high, the impact would have been much better. Vijay Deverakonda delivers a committed performance, while his chemistry with Rashmika Mandanna works in the film’s favour. The portrayal of famine conditions and British oppression also gives the story emotional weight.However, the screenplay loses momentum in the second half, with repetitive sequences and predictable developments affecting the overall experience. The background score and lack of emotional depth in some key scenes further weaken the impact. Despite its sincere attempt and a few engaging moments, the film struggles to sustain interest throughout its nearly three-hour runtime.Considering all these factors Cine Josh is going with 2.5 rating for 'Ranabaali'.

A beautiful romantic song has been shot on Young Rebel Star Prabhas and milky beauty Tamannah recently. The makers have reportedly spent a bomb to shoot this song. And now, Prabhas is busy participating in an action sequence of the movie. Peter Heines is doing the action choreography. This sequence is said to be one of the highlights of the movie. 
Young hero Rana will be seen as an antagonist in this movie while gorgeous beauty Anushka is doing female lead of the movie. Veteran heroine Ramyakrishna will be seen as Rajamatha in this period drama. Rajamoulis is directing this movie on Arka Media Works. Shobhu Yarlagadda and Prasad Devineni are producing the movie. The movie is slated for summer, 2015 release.
