CM Replacement Before T-Note in Assembly?

It appears the stand of the President of AP NGOs, Ashok Babu, on MLAs is going to be the boon for the future Cm of AP. Going by the details, the Seemandhra MLAs in fact, wanted to tender their resignations straightaway the union cabinet approved the T-note. However, Ashok Babu requested them to wait until the note comes for assembly resolution or opinion. Abided by his words, the MLAs have not preferred the resignations. Obviously, this factor leads to the survival of the government for some more days. 

Meanwhile, the Congress high command is seriously thinking about replacing the Cm by another popular politician, even before assembly sessions on T-note. Likely assembly resolution on T-note will be taken under the captaincy of the new Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh. Since, the resolution will definitely be against Telangana, obviously, new Cm will gain some mileage and which in turn may help for his future attempts. Thus Ashok Babu, has done a great favour to the future Cm of AP, if it( Cm's change)  happens.
