Maa Inti Bangaram New Release Date Soon

Samantha Ruth Prabhu’s much-awaited film Maa Inti Bangaram will not release on May 15 as planned. The makers have decided to push the film to a new date because of IPL 2026. With the IPL playoffs and finals set for mid-May, distributors felt that the cricket buzz would affect the box office. Fans were excited after the teaser and posters got a good response, but the team wants a clear run at theatres.
This is Samantha’s first film as a producer under her banner Tralala Moving Pictures, and also her reunion with Oh! Baby director Nandini Reddy. The team first thought of June 4 for the new release. That date opened up after Yash’s Toxic was postponed. But now Ram Charan’s Peddi has locked June 4, so Maa Inti Bangaram may move again.
If Akhil Akkineni’s Lenin does not come on time, Samantha’s film could take that late June slot. If not, the makers may push it to July for a solo release. Samantha and the team are talking to distributors and will announce the final date soon. On her birthday, April 29, Samantha cut a Maa Inti Bangaram themed cake with fans and said the film is very close to her heart.
Maa Inti Bangaram is a female-led action family drama. Samantha plays a simple housewife who hides a violent past. The film is directed by Nandini Reddy and created by Raj Nidimoru. Gulshan Devaiah and Diganth play key roles, along with Gautami, Manjusha, Sreemukhi, and Sathyaraj. Santosh Narayanan is composing the music. The story mixes emotion, family values, and action. Samantha said the film shows a woman whose strength comes from both courage and vulnerability.
