Salman Khan Vamshi Paidipally Film Nayanthara Eyed for Lead Role

Salman Khan and director Vamshi Paidipally are teaming up for a massive Pan-India project, with Nayanthara in talks to play the female lead. Produced by Dil Raju, this high-budget entertainer marks a major cross-industry collaboration, bringing together a Tamil superstar with a pan-India footprint, a Bollywood icon, and a director-producer duo known for delivering crowd-pleasing commercial cinema.

The project came together after Vamshi Paidipally approached Salman Khan with a fresh script, following unsuccessful talks with Aamir Khan. Salman loved the idea and gave his nod, setting up an exciting partnership. The film will feature Vamshi Paidipally's signature blend of heavy action and emotional storytelling, with a massive ensemble cast from both Hindi and South Indian film industries.

Nayanthara is being strongly considered for the female lead opposite Salman Khan, marking her first film with the Bollywood superstar. If confirmed, this would be a major milestone in her career, following her successful Hindi debut in Jawan with Shah Rukh Khan. The team is aiming for a grand theatrical release in 2027. 

The shoot is expected to begin in Summer 2026, with Salman Khan joining the project immediately after wrapping up Battle of Galwan. The film promises to be a visual treat, with Vamshi Paidipally's direction and Dil Raju's production.
