RC17 multiple stories vs multiple versions cleared. Ram Charan is currently busy with Peddi which is progressing at a brisk pace under the direction of Buchi Babu Sana. The film stars Janhvi Kapoor as the female lead while Jagapathi Babu, Divyenndu Sharma and Srikanth are playing important roles. Rahman is the music director for the film which is releasing on 30 April 2026.

In the midst of all this, speculation is increasing on RC17 which is helmed by Sukumar. Expectations are high as Sukumar and Ram Charan earlier came up with the hit film Rangasthalam. Earlier Mrithyunjay director Hussain Sha Kiran who is working as a writer under Sukumar said that they have developed two stories and Ram Charan will finalize one of them.

This created confusion as to when Ram Charan and Sukumar will lock the final story. In the midst of all this, Hussain Sha Kiran clarified that he thought of telling two versions and instead two stories which resulted in the confusion.

Now that the confusion is cleared, fans are happy that the project will go to sets sooner than later. The film is bankrolled on Mythri Movies banner.
