We believe Chiranjeevi garu will set new box office records this January with Mana Shankara Vara Prasad Garu, and we hope Ram Charan surpasses them in March with Peddi. It’s all friendly because Charan deeply admires his father.”

Writer Kona Venkat shares “Chiranjeevi effortlessly switches between larger-than-life mass roles and simple characters. After years of solo-hero films, he’s now boosting multistarrers with actors like Ravi Teja and Venkatesh. He’s doing a family drama now and will return with an action entertainer next—he knows how to balance it perfectly.”

A leading distributor says “As of now, Ram Charan is ahead with pre-release business around ₹350 crore, while Chiranjeevi’s stands at approximately ₹230 crore including OTT and other rights. Chiranjeevi never intends to compete with his son. Earlier this year, he even deferred the release of Vishwambhara to give space to Ram Charan’s Game Changer. Both have strong business prospects, but a direct clash is very unlikely.”
