Akhanda Thaandavam progressing at supersonic speed

Movie lovers have been waiting eagerly for Natasimha Balakrishna's action entertainer Akhanda Thaandavam.

The film directed by Boyapati Srinu is progressing at a brisk pace and expectations are high on the project as it is the sequel to the hit film Akhanda.

The makers are planning to release the film on 25 September however during the last few days rumours spread that the makers are planning to backtrack as there is Pawan Kalyan's OG releasing on the same date. They even speculated that the film may release on 5 December as Prabhas' The Raja Saab decided to postpone the release to next year.

In the meantime, reports are coming that Boyapati Srinu is completing the shooting at a break neck pace. Balakrishna already completed the dubbing for the first half and in couple of days he will be completing the second half dubbing. Boyapati will be completing the dubbing by the third week of August taking the dates of other actors.

Though VFX may take sometime, Boyapati is keen to finish it off as soon as possible and sources say OTT deal will be finalised in two weeks time. They feel even though Pawan Kalyan's OG will give tough competition, they will not back off as they will have to wait for two more months if they donot release in September.
