Chief Minister K Rosaiah on Tueday expressed his displeasure over Teugu  Desam Party chief Nara Chandrababu Naidu’s statement that Prime Minister Manmohan Singh did not study the Babli issue even after giving an appointment to hear the Babli project.

Interacting with the media on Tuesday about his three-day trip to Delhi, the Chief Minister said the all-party delegation on the Babli met Prime  Minister and apprised him of the latest  developments on the Babli issue. When  the PM had assured the all-party team on July 26 that he would study the issue thoroughly and render justice to the State, Chandrababu should not have insisted on a deadline to settle the issue.
