Groupisms raising heads in TRS

We should be individuals first and then groups, but in Telangana Rashtra Samiti it is the other  way round. If you want to be  in the limelight, you should be in the group, which is close to the party chief.

When a  political party attains some standing of a sort, dissensions and groupisms raise their heads. Groupism is the bane of a growing party irrespective of its cadre and its rich resources. However,  unfortunately the Trs which is growing stronger after the recent Telangana  agitation has fallen a victim to groupisms.

According to the insiders of the  party, there are three groups within the Trs.

Party chief K.Chandrasekhar Rao, along with his family members and followers constitute the  first group. The second group is headed by KCR’s close relatives Harish Rao and his followers. While the  third  group emerged with the entry of  Vijaya Shanti. Into this category fall those who are not related to KCR’s family and include leaders who are with the party since its inception.

It remains to be seen how the diveergent groups will associate themselves and work for the  betterment of the party in the forthcoming bypolls.
