The Budget session of Assembly concluded on Tuesday after the House passed the Appropriation Bill for 2010-11 without much fuss. After passing the billl, Speaker N Kiran Kumar Reddy adjourned the House indefinately. 

 When the House met for the day, the Speaker after introducing the Appropriation Bill for 2010-11 urged the Opposition Telugu Desam Party to start debate on the bill.

However, TDP MLA Tummala Nageswara Rao raised the Almatti Dam issue over the river Krishna and said the government failed to argue the case at Krishna Water Tribunal set up for the purpose. He also demanded that the government make its stand clear on sharing of Krishna water with neighbour Karnataka.

Interferring in the discussion, the Speaker asked the TDP member to speak only on fiscal responsibility bill. Later, the Speaker asked Praja Rajyam Party members to speak on fiscal responsibility bill. However, the TDP members objected to this and raised slogans against the Speaker.

 Later, the Speaker declared that the bill be passed without debate in the House. The Speaker said the bill was passed without any debate in the House. He adjourned the House indefinitely.
