OU turns into a battle ground.

The peaceful procession of the dead body of Venugopal Reddy, the MCA student who was dead for Telangana was obstructed by Police brutally in Osmania University campus. Telangana Political leaders like Harish Rao, Eetela Rajender, Padma Rao and others who were part of this rally have been arrested and locked in a room.

Rally when reached near the Ladies Hostel, Police obstructed it on the basis of security and indiscriminately lathi charged the students. As a retaliation, students have gone for stone pelting and situation turned hostile with in the matter of minutes. To get back the situation under control, Police have gone for  spreading of tear gas and fired rubber bullets on the students.

The huge chaotic and tension situation resulted in injuries of students and police. Many students who felt unconscious to the brutal bullet shots were shifted to the hospitals near by. Situation is still out of control and it is getting tougher and tougher for police to bring back peace in the Osmania University campus.

In this mean time, Police have by passed the dead body of Venugopal Reddy and sent it to Gun Park via short cut thus disturbing the peaceful rally.
