Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Nara Chandrababu Naidu has resolved to dedicate his life for the welfare of Telugu people.

Speaking on the occasion of his 65th birthday in Anantapur on Monday, Naidu said he would continue to serve the Telugu people and focus all his energies on the development of both Telugu States of Andhra Pradesh and Telangana.

Later, Naidu distributed Blair laptops among 18 blind educated youth. Stating that education was must for the disable children, he said his government would extend all assistance and jobs to handicapped educated youth. The laptops were provided by the Handicapped Welfare Corporation at a cost of Rs 5 lakh each.

Meanwhile, Prime Minister Narendra Modi wished Naidu on his birthday. "Dear @ncbn Garu, wishing you a very Happy Birthday. May you be blessed with a long life, filled with good health", he tweeted. Governor ESL Narasimhan, Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao also wished Naidu on the occasion.

The TDP workers celebrated Naidu's birthday at a grand scale at party headquarters NTR Trust Bhavan and also cut a 65 kg cake. They also organised blood donation camps and distributed fruits among poor patients in various hospitals.
