Addressing a programme at Mahbubabad, where tri-cycles were distributed among physically handicapped persons, Balram Naik said that Seemandhra people were driven out of Madras province when they used arm-twisting tactics. Balaram Naik said that the violent incidents during APNGOs meeting at LB Stadium on Saturday have made it clear that bifurcation of Andhra Pradesh was the only solution for Telangana issue. When the Samaikhyandhra people are unable to tolerate "Jai Telangana" slogans, then how could they tolerate Telangana people?

He also alleged that the APNGOs meeting was organised at the behest of Chief Minister N Kiran Kumar Reddy.
