Jagga Reddy also condemned the criticism on the Chief Minister by the opposition parties for the power crisis. He said that the opposition parties were not ready to listen to the clarification given by Kiran Kumar Reddy in the Legislative Assembly. However, he said by criticising the State Government, the opposition parties were trying to take political mileage.

The Sangareddy MLA also denied reports that several Congress MPs and MLAs were planning to join the TRS. He said that the Congress Party would return to power in 2014 elections and would more number of seats compared to 2009 elections.
