The court gave this order on Saturday after hearing arguments from both sides.The case says Sukesh Chandrashekar ran a crime network from jail. He posed as top officers from the Prime Minister’s Office, Home Ministry, and Law Ministry. Using fake calls and apps, he cheated Aditi Singh, wife of former Fortis promoter Shivinder Singh, and her family. The group took huge sums of money by promising help in a legal matter. Sukesh was first arrested by Delhi Police in 2017 and later by the Enforcement Directorate in 2021.The Enforcement Directorate says more than Rs 200 crore was collected through cheating and threats. The money was moved through bank accounts, cash, and shell firms. It was used to buy property, luxury cars, and costly gifts. The agency found phones, chat records, bank details, and other proof during searches. The ED says Jacqueline Fernandez stayed in touch with Sukesh and got expensive gifts through Pinky Irani. The actor says she did not know the money was from crime and calls herself a victim.Other accused in the case include Sukesh’s wife Leena Maria Paul, Deepak Ramnani, Pradeep Ramdanee, B Mohanraj, Arun Muthu, and others. He reminded that the Supreme Court had stayed the High Court`s mandate that proposals for ticket price enhancement be placed in the public domain 90 days in advance.Mahesh Raje, counsel for home department, submitted that several cases relating to movie ticket price hikes were already pending before the High Court and any urgent orders at this stage could create confusion. The government pointed out that there were existing division bench and single bench rulings on the issue, besides pending contempt proceedings linked to earlier ticket price revisions. The court was not inclined to issue any interim orders in favour of the petitioner at this stage and adjourned the matter to June 6.As the High Court decided not to hear the matter before June 6, the makers decided to withdraw the petition.

Stating that the growth of the State was not possible with ensuring social justice, Telangana Rashtra Samithi deputy floor leader T Harish Rao on Saturday demanded that the State Government introduce Sub-Plan for Minorities and Backward Classes.
Speaking in the Legislative Assembly on the SC, ST Sub-Plan Bill 2012, Harish Rao demanded that the government allocate Rs 5,000 crore for the development of minorities, especially the Muslims, in the State. The definition of welfare measures for Muslims have been confined to some gesture like hosting an Iftar party at Nizam College Grounds, flagging off the Haj pilgrims, performing marriages of a few poor girls or giving scholarships to a few thousand students, he said.
Harish Rao said that the funds being sanctioned and spent by the State Government for the welfare of minorities were too meager for a population of over 70 lakh Muslims across the State. He demanded that political leaders, across party lines, should demand serious and sincere measures for the development of Muslims on par with other communities. He demanded that the government introduce minorities Sub-Plan on the lines of SC, ST Sub-Plan at the earliest.&nbsp;

The Telangana Rashtra Samithi on Saturday demanded that the Centre allot Rs 300 crore for the restoration of monuments of Kakatiya dynasty.
A delegation of TRS MLAs comprising Koppala Eshwar, D Vinay Bhaskar, M Bhikshapathy and others also called on Union Tourism Minister K Chiranjeevi in the Legislative Assembly premises in this regard. Talking to reporters later, Bhaskar said that the Tourism Ministry has sanctioned Rs 500 crore in connection with 300 year celebrations of Krishna Devaraya dynasty. They said on the similar lines, the Centre should allot Rs 300 crore for the 850-years celebration of Kakatiya dynasty.
The TRS MLAs also demanded the restoration and renovation of dilapidated temples constructed during the Kakatiya rule. They insisted on continuation of year-long celebrations of Kakatiya festival.
They demanded the release of Postal Stamps commemorating the Kakatiyas elated legacy. They also asked Chiranjeevi to complete the tourist guest house by Tourist Development Corporation. They said that as Kakatiya festival is celebrated in Telangana area, due respect should be given to Telangana sentiments.

The interval twist sets the tone for the second half. The pace picks up in the second half but the so called twists can be easily predicted.The music for the film is tuned by Ilayaraja. The songs looked like serial songs and offered nothing new. and the background music turned out to be a huge disappointment. One cannot believe that Ilayaraja scored the music for the film. The cinematography of Arvind Kannabiran is good. He showed the scenes in a realistic manner adding aesthetic elements. The editing of Junaid Siddiqui could have been better as there are many repetitive scenes that slowed the pace of the narration. Many such films came earlier but Subhash K Raj narrated it in a different manner trying to send message to the society.He showed father training his daughter to be brave and not to tolerate any injustice not only to the family but others in the society despite mother expressing her own fears. He also highlighted the importance of martial arts and how it will be helpful as a self defence system.He started the narration in &nbsp;a gripping manner and then the narration and screenplay turns racy throughout the first half. The first half ends in a decent manner setting the stage for the second half. The second half also treads in a similar manner but pace dips at times and due to few repetitive and dragged scenes. The climax too turns out to be weak.Arun Radhakrishnan's cinematography is good. He used the camera angles and color combinations to perfection do give a natural and realistic feel. Ravi Basrur's background music is impactful and added value to the narration. The editing of Pradeep E Ragav is decent enough except for few drags here and there and repetitive scenes. All those things are routine and few hilarious scenes are just ok though they are nothing new.The first half ends with the revelation of the secrets of the protagonists and the entire second half is all about them proving their innocence. The director failed to connect the emotional chords and failed to establish how a small incidents lead to divorce. Few emotions are ok but the super heroes fights looked silly and didnot workout. He tried to load the second half with intense emotions but failed to do full justice to them.He ended few roles abruptly and didnot justify few characters in the film. It is only during the runup to the interval block some sense of urgency is shown and few scenes increase the thrill factor.People expect a more interesting and intriguing second half. However the familiarity of the behavior of the characters robbed viewers of the novel feeling. Everything turns predictable be it the investigation sequences, emotional scenes and the pattern in unraveling the suspense. To the top of it, when viewers expect a shocking climax, the simple climax turns out to be a major disappointment. The way protagonist comes with silly ideas turns out to be a huge disappointment. The Telugu dubbing turned out to be the worst.The editing of Vinayak VS could have been far better. There are many scenes that slowed the pace of the narration. The cinematography of Satheesh Kurup is in sync with the story. He used the camera angles and color combinations to give realistic and natural feel to the proceedings.The music of Anil Johnson is ok and his background score elevated the scenes. Balaji. He tried to entertain viewers by adding spiritual elements to a routine action entertainer with a message. For most of the first half, he spent time introducing various characters, establishing their problems and the proceedings in the court and elevate their emotions before introducing Suriya in an interesting and exciting manner. The slow pace tend to put off viewers as the scenes are predictable till the entry of Suriya.The narration picks up pace with the entry of Suriya and the spiritual elements generated curiosity. The conflict attracts all and though the interval block is routine, the first half ends on a decent note. When one expects a better second half, the narration turns cliched and screenplay goes for a toss. The comedy scenes looked outdated and dragged the narration to the next level.The pre climax is good but inspired by films like Kantara and Pushpa but lacked the strong emotions associated with them. RJ.Balaji followed the similar template in Veerabhadrudu which he did in Nayanthara's Mookuthi Amman except for few variations.The songs tuned by Sai Abhyankar had Tamil flavor. It is difficult to connect cords. His background score at times is good but at other times it turned out to be extremely loud. Kalaivanan's editing is ok but could have been far better. Though Dhruva Sarja worked hard, his character turned out to be loud. Reeshama Nanaiah is ok and Sanjay Dutt's character looked extremely awkward. As the narration progresses, the viewers interest wane and when the film ends, they heave a sigh of relief.The cinematography of William David added value to the narration turning it rich. However Arjun Janya's music failed with misplaced songs and also the background score turned out to be very jarry and loud. The predictable flashback and the episodes in the second half makes viewers run for cover. There is no respite to the viewers as Raj Thalluri comes with scenes that defies logic and gives immese torture. The story is extremely weak and screenplay and direction is atrocious. Considering all these points, Cinejosh goes with a 1 rating for Harudu.
