Senior Bharatiya Janata Party leader Bandaru Dattatreyya on Tuesday accused Chief Minister N Kiran Kumar Reddy of trying to pass on the blame on employees for crisis in the State in order to cover up his inefficiency and incapability to handle the situation.

Talking to media persons at the State party office, Dattatreyya alleged that the Chief Minister hatched a conspiracy to break the unity among employees and making efforts to foil the general strike. Despite the employees union leaders serving strike notice on the state government, he alleged that the Chief Minister failed to take proper steps and now throwing the blame on others.

The Bjp leader said that the Chief Minister lacked vision and efficiency in handling the situation. Due to his inefficiency, he said the farmers were in a fix and losing their standing crops due to frequent power cuts, he said. He alleged that the government was showing discrimination against Telangana farmers with an intention to make them revolt against the ongoing Telangana agitation. Recalling that former chief ministers have taken steps by conducting artificial rain experiments in drought hit areas, he blamed Kiran Kumar Reddy for not taking any steps for farmers despite claiming his government was committed for their welfare.

Dattatreyya also demanded the resignation of Transport Minister Botsa Satyanarayana owning moral responsibility for his attempts to break unity among RTC employees. He condemned Botsa for adopting double standards on Telangana state formation after returning from New Delhi.

The Bjp leader expressed confidence that LK Advani's Chaitanya Yatra across the country against corruption would change the nation's political scenario.
