Congress MLAs and known supporters of former MP YS Jaganmohan Reddy on Saturday demanded that the proposed Joint Legislature Committee to probe land allotments to business houses in Special Economic Zones should investigate all such allocations since 1994, the time before Telugu Desam Party president N Chandrababu Naidu took over as chief minister.
Talking to media persons at Assembly Media Point, the MLAs, including Shobha Nagi Reddy, Konda Surekha, Srikanth Reddy and others said that it was indeed surprising that the opposition keeled over to the government&rsquo;s stand and agreed for a debate on the land allotments before the setting up of the JLC.
&ldquo;The opposition wasted ten precious days of the Assembly&rsquo;s time insisting that they wanted a JLC without discussion and then surprisingly agreed to a debate,&rdquo; Ms Shobha Nagi Reddy pointed out.
She wondered if the sudden turnaround was because of a secret deal between the government and the opposition. &ldquo;The TDP had insisted on a JLC without discussions since it was apprehensive that the Congress would reveal the land allocations made by Mr Naidu during his reign. But now it seems that the opposition and the Congress have struck a deal through which only the land allocations to alleged business associates of Mr Jaganmohan Reddy would be mentioned,&rdquo; Ms Nagi Reddy alleged.
She also stated that the demand for a JLC has sprung up only because Mr Jaganmohan Reddy entered the political scene.
The MLA demanded that the JLC probe should cover all allotment of lands right from the time Mr Naidu took over as chief minister. She said that this would also reveal the dubious deals struck by Mr Naidu during his reign.
Ms Nagi Reddy said that the TDP cannot face Mr Jaganmohan Reddy in the open and was resorting to use guerrilla warfare by using the Congress as a pawn and holding the House to ransom to corner the former MP.
The MLA pointed out that Mr Naidu during his tenure had allotted lands to the Raheja Group, but the dubious deals were never fully made public. She also alleged that Mr Naidu had invested heavily in the Margadarsi Chit Funds and the Eenadu Group through benami accounts.
The MLA warned that all these would be brought out in the open during the discussions. She also warned that the TDP may assume that it was targeting Mr Jaganmohan Reddy, but expressed confidence that the ploy may boomerang back on the main opposition.

All those things are routine and few hilarious scenes are just ok though they are nothing new.The first half ends with the revelation of the secrets of the protagonists and the entire second half is all about them proving their innocence. The director failed to connect the emotional chords and failed to establish how a small incidents lead to divorce. Few emotions are ok but the super heroes fights looked silly and didnot workout. He tried to load the second half with intense emotions but failed to do full justice to them.He ended few roles abruptly and didnot justify few characters in the film. Climax twist is decent &nbsp;to some extent.Satish Muthyala's cinematography is good. Shrawan Bharadwaj's music is just ok and so is the background music. Editing of Koti left a lot to be desired. He slowly corelates both the incidents and developments and showed the media trail and social media impact on the protagonist's family. He concentrated on the happenings in Varun's life and tried to surprise viewers.Though Jeethu Joseph tried to highlight the emotional complications and implications and also worked hard to maintain the thrill factor, viewers who watched the first two parts, feel everything is stretched and they could easily guess the next scenes and proceedings. They feel that Jeethu Joseph stretched the narration and the so called thrill factor to a point of no return. The slow pace in the first half tests the patience of the viewers. It is only during the runup to the interval block some sense of urgency is shown and few scenes increase the thrill factor.People expect a more interesting and intriguing second half. However the familiarity of the behavior of the characters robbed viewers of the novel feeling. Everything turns predictable be it the investigation sequences, emotional scenes and the pattern in unraveling the suspense. The conflict attracts all and though the interval block is routine, the first half ends on a decent note. When one expects a better second half, the narration turns cliched and screenplay goes for a toss. When he entered the industry his story telling turned out to be unique but he started using the same and followed the same using technological advances offering nothing new ending up testing the patience of the viewers.The narration lacks continuity and screenplay turned out to be bizzare and viewers are left wondering what he was upto. Though Dhruva Sarja worked hard, his character turned out to be loud. Reeshama Nanaiah is ok and Sanjay Dutt's character looked extremely awkward. As the narration progresses, the viewers interest wane and when the film ends, they heave a sigh of relief.The cinematography of William David added value to the narration turning it rich. However Arjun Janya's music failed with misplaced songs and also the background score turned out to be very jarry and loud. VFX turned out to be below average and the editing Sanketh Achar failed completely. What surprised all is they completely deleted the controversial song of Norah Fatehi. Even the character arcs are underdeveloped and actors turned out to be mere puppets. Right from the start till the finish, everything turns predictable and the scenes get repeated testing the patience of the viewers. Most of the time, he passed time with unnecessary elements. With the passage of time, even the artists on the screen seems to have lost interest in performing as they just passed through the motions.The story lacked novelty and after the unbearable first half, the second half turns up giving more torture.Climax to some extent comes with a shocking twist. Finally when the film ends, viewers will run towards the exit doors.Anand Gurrana's music is just ok. Songs placement are not in sync with the flow of the story. One gets a feeling that Ravi Babu decided to come up with the most violent film in Telugu after Nani's Hit3 drawing inspiration from films like Marco and Kill.Except for the action sequences, everything turns monotonous and routine. The only saving grace is he included usage of technology in tracking the clues and merging of the videos to prove the sinster design of the criminals. Ravi Babu's screenplay and direction offered nothing new. While the first half though predictable is racy, the second half loses steam during the flashback episode.The background score added value to the narration. It is thumping and helped in maintaining the intensity levels. The Cinematography is in sync with the story and the Narration. Editing is quite good except for few scenes in the second half. Dialogues are ok and production values are fine. The so called comedy featuring various actors like Motta Rajendran, Sapthagiri, VTV.Ganesh didnot generate any laughs and ended up irritating viewers.Binendra Menon with his cinematography beautifed the film showing the visuals in an appealing manner. However, the same cannot be said about the music and background score tuned by Mickey J Meyer. Background music failed to make any impact and songs didnot register in the minds of anyone.
